Professional Growth Plan
The Jewish Education Center provides financial assistance for educators pursuing new degrees, certificates, endorsements, and licenses in education or in student services. This grant program is called a Professional Growth Plan (PGP). For early childhood educators wishing to complete an associates or bachelor degree, click here. Please note that study programs will only be considered if they are approved by the Ohio Department of Education or are well aligned to Ohio Department of Education licensing requirements.
To be eligible for a PGP, educators must have been teaching within a JEC-affiliated school for over a year and plan on teaching within a Jewish Education Center-affiliated school for at least 3 years after completing their PGP. Prior approval is required before applying to this grant program. The application will be provided once you have received approval. For further information, please contact Marlyn Bloch Jaffe.
