A Taste of Judaism®
"A Taste of Judaism" is an introductory three-week program sponsored by the JEC and the Union for Reform Judaism that is committed to providing an introductory course to the community… Jewish or not.
Classes provide a window in which participants can begin the journey of Jewish learning. An exploration of spirituality, ethics, and community are the components of the dialogue. During the three class session, participants engage with a rabbi as well as each other in an open discussion of how Jewish tradition and learning impacts one’s life and lifestyle. To accommodate participants in the Greater Cleveland area, classes are held on the east side and the west side at area synagogues throughout the year.
Classes are free; but registration is required.
