Libbie L. Braverman Award
The Libbie L. Braverman Award is a parent-nominated award that recognizes a teacher who has demonstrated dedication and devotion to teaching and has significantly contributed to developing methods or materials for the Jewish teaching profession. Any teacher employed at a JEC affiliated school setting, from pre-school through grade 12, is eligible. The recipient will be awarded $1,000.
Teachers are nominated by a parent whose child is currently enrolled in the school or education program and should include a description of the teacher's special qualities and examples of the teacher's unique contributions. A letter of support will be solicited from the school director.
